Can't access my account?

Ticket not received?

Digital tickets are sent within 5 minutes of purchase. Check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, contact us with your order number.

How do I update my profile?

Log into your account and navigate to "Settings" or "Profile." You can update your personal information, email, and preferences there.

Payment declined?

Check that your card details are correct and your account has sufficient funds. Contact your bank if the issue persists. We accept all major credit cards.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before the event starts to allow time for entry and security screening.

What if I'm running late?

Late entry is permitted at most events, but may have reduced seating options. Contact the venue directly if you need assistance.

Can I bring guests?

Guest policies vary by event. Check your event details for specific information about bringing additional attendees.

What about parking?

Parking information is listed on each event's details page. Contact the venue for specific parking options and rates.
