2. Ticket Purchase and Refunds

All ticket purchases are final except as provided below. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for events that have already occurred or within 7 days of the event date.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Resell tickets at inflated prices without authorization
• Create fraudulent accounts or orders
• Attempt to bypass security measures

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Switcher.ma website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Switcher.ma and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Switcher.ma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
